About Me

I've been a full time licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker since 1986.  Initially I started under the tutelage of Peter J. Schils at Schils Real Estate Better Homes and Gardens in 1986.  I worked there for ten years and was fortunate enough to be able to buy into that brokerage in 1996 and became partners with John Rohde.   Two years later, we merged with Century 21 Rautmann Realty and John and I became partners with Randy Rautmann (1998) We relocated from our long standing location at the corner of North Ave. and North 8th to our present location at 1337 N. Taylor Dr. (The Rautmann Professional Building) and were partners with Randy for 15 years.  John and I continue to own and operate the brokerage and over the past few years were able to roll 4 different real estate companies into ours and currenty serve customers from two separate offices (1215 Eastern Ave. Plymouth, WI is our second location) We also own and operate a title insurance company as well as a land development and spec home buidling division.    In addition to my daily duties as a listing and selling real estate professional and managing partner, I've been active in our local MLS, serving as Chair for more years than I can recall, local Board President, current and past member of the board of directors for the Wisconsin Realtors Association as well as being elected Realtor of the Year in our local Sheboygan County Board of Directors.  I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart for 26 years, have two great kids, one finishing up high school and one a junior in college.  I enjoy spending my free time playing golf, traveling to warm climates, fishing in Canada and hunting over my black Lab as well as bowhunting.  I also enjoy spending time in the north woods as well as riding my Harley.  The majority of my business comes from referral and repeat customers and I've been fortunate to enjoy a long and healthy career in this industry.
